My guild has decided since we are retiring 'official' raids to run informal alt 25 mans. This is done mainly so our legendary shard collector can finish out his weapon and it may, in fact, be just farming up to Saurfang every week-though I am sure we will get past that unless we all fall asleep from boredom.
I was looking at the potential line-up for the healers and so far we have two druids, possibly one shaman and 3 priests.

No paladins which makes sense because the people who have paladin alts in our guild have them as tanks or ret for fun.
We potentially may have 2 resto shaman depending on how the roster fills out by this is my curiosity. If one brings a dps though it leaves us with 1 shaman.
In ICC 25 man, would you rather have 3 priests (1 Disc, 2 Holy) or 3 shaman? I ask because I have both a holy priest and a resto shaman that could both handle healing in there. I am more skilled as a priest being that I raided through most of Ulduar on my priest and she used to be my main though BC and much of Wrath. But I think resto shamans are fun as hell to play and I am good at healing on my shaman as well, have healed BC content and up through Naxx and some ToC with my shaman.
But as far as raid balancing is concerned, which would you rather have with that healing set-up in your raid? I adore my priest, but the shaman brings more totems (which depending on how many shamans we have might be a non-issue), self res, hit buff (since I am Alliance) and things like that...would the benefits outweigh bringing a shaman over another holy priest I guess is what I am wondering.
